1. What this notice covers

The website at presentationstation.net introduces Presentation Station, offers demo and January launch-list requests, and provides the Kitchen-Table Close and 4-Step Visit Checklist guides.

Website inquiries are separate from homeowner records in the Presentation Station app. This notice covers the marketing website. Do not submit homeowner credit applications, identification documents or signed agreements through its forms.

2. Information you submit

The demo and launch-list forms request your name, company, number of sales reps, phone number and email address. The rep count is a range. A guide request asks for your name and email address and identifies the guide you selected.

Submissions include the form type, a request identifier and timestamp, the source page and available campaign-source fields. A hidden spam-check field and server validation help reject invalid submissions.

3. Forms and notifications

The website validates form submissions through a Netlify server function. Accepted submissions are stored in Netlify Forms. Netlify Forms email notifications send the request to info@presentationstation.net so Presentation Station LLC can respond.

After an accepted demo request, the website offers the booking calendar. A guide request reveals the selected download. Confirmation is shown on screen; this website flow does not send an automatic confirmation email to the visitor or enroll the visitor in a separate email-marketing list.

Phone numbers are used for calls about your request. This website flow does not send text messages.

4. The booking calendar

After an accepted demo request, you can open the external Google Calendar booking page and select a time. Submitting the website form alone does not complete a booking.

When you open and use Google Calendar, Google receives the information needed to provide that service and the booking details you enter. Google’s terms and privacy information apply to that interaction. Presentation Station LLC uses the resulting appointment details to arrange your demo.

5. Campaign-source information

When present, the website reads the first landing page’s utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid values. UTM values identify a campaign; fbclid is a Facebook click identifier. These values are kept for the current browser-tab visit using session storage where available and accompany your submitted request.

This information helps identify where an inquiry came from. Arbitrary query parameters and page fragments are not included in the submitted source-page address.

Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Plausible analytics are disabled for this launch. The website does not send advertising-measurement events to those services.

6. Website service providers

The launch website uses the following services for the purposes described here.

Netlify
Website hosting, server validation, Forms submission storage and email notifications to the business inbox. Netlify also handles operational request information to provide these services.
Google Calendar
The external demo booking page and appointment information you enter there.

7. Retention and privacy requests

Website lead information is kept for 24 months. Requests to delete website lead information can be sent to info@presentationstation.net and are completed within 30 days.

Please identify the email address used for the inquiry and what you want deleted. Do not attach sensitive homeowner documents. Submitted information can appear in Netlify Forms and notification emails; service providers may also maintain their own operational records.

8. Contact

Presentation Station LLC is the website operator. Contact info@presentationstation.net or call 936-443-5416 with questions about this notice or a submitted request.

This notice remains pending attorney review. The website’s policies do not establish the app’s handling of homeowner financial information, identification documents or other customer records.

Pending attorney review. Privacy requests: info@presentationstation.net.
